The headset is reasonably light in weight, making it comfortable to wear. It has a battery built in so you don't need to be tethered to a plug socket. It has its own OLED displays at the front, providing a 2K resolution in total. There's a port on the back for your headphones. The 360-degree cameras both cost around 99 euros (£85, $110 or AU$150) and are functionally both identical. The slight differences in size and shape are apparently just down to your own taste -- the quality is the same between the two.

Alcatel's new handset isn't stuffed with the best kit around -- its 720p screen resolution isn't impressing anybody! -- but it's got a neat glass and metal design which I think looks pretty cool, It's called the Shine Lite, There isn't currently a non-lite Shine, so the naming doesn't apple - iphone xs max silicone case - white really make much sense, This 5-inch Android Marshmallow handset will go on sale across Europe and the US (no word on Australia yet) towards the end of the year, Alcatel didn't give a price for the phone, but did say it'd be under 200 euros, so that'll be below $225..

On the surface, the Touch sounds like every other fitness tracker on the market, but that's not the case. The device can also measure body composition (things like body fat and muscle mass). This is done through bioelectrical impedance, which is the same technology used by smart scales like the Fitbit Aria and Withings Body Cardio. But it's not perfect or automatic, and the entire process still seems a bit clunky. You are required to place your finger on a small sensor below the display. A second sensor on the back of the tracker is pushed against your wrist and after a few seconds information on your body fat and muscle mass will be displayed onscreen. I didn't get to try it out for myself, and it remains unclear just how accurate these readings will be.

Bioimpedance isn't a new technology, The Jawbone Up3 used it for measuring heart rate, but few trackers offer body composition apple - iphone xs max silicone case - white analysis like TomTom is promising, The TomTom Touch will be available in blue, red and purple for $130 in October, That price converts to about £100 in the UK and AU$170 in Australia, The TomTom Touch is one of the first fitness trackers that can measure body fat and muscle mass, TomTom is doubling down on fitness, The navigation company on Thursday introduced its first dedicated fitness tracker, the TomTom Touch..

The headset is wireless, running off a battery rather than mains power. That battery is housed in the rear of the headset to stop the front getting too weighty, and Alcatel reckons you can expect 3 hours of use before the Vision starts crying for its charger. Happily the actual mask area is very roomy, so should work fine if you wear glasses. The headset felt comfortable during my brief hands-on, though we'll need more time before we can make any solid claims on image quality or comfort over long stretches of time.
